Cass(Local Water Delivery)

CASS is a community water delivery system that coordinates the workflow between residents, dispatchers, inventory managers, drivers, and accountants. Residents place water orders through their portal, which automatically translates their physical addresses into coordinates. Inventory staff review and forward these requests to drivers. Drivers view active order pins on a live map, claim the delivery, and head to the destination, which automatically triggers an SMS notification to the resident that their order is on the way. Once delivered, accounts staff can generate financial reports and manage billing across the system.
